Can I just say

that house hunting sucks. It is seriously frustrating. Yes, it has it's moments when it is actually real fun, but at this moment in time, I'm really starting to dread it. I used to really enjoy looking for a house, until it became really real.

Although it is the "time to buy", the market in any decent neighborhood {where the likelihood of you getting shot is slim to none, and there aren't chain-link fences around every yard} seems to really suck.

We've put and offer on a couple of houses only to find that we were up against 16 other buyers on one house, and that we were out bid by an ALL CASH offer on the other house {stupid investors with all their cash}. Now granted, it's only been two houses so far, and we aren't in danger of our lease ending soon {as we're are living with Devin's parents}, but with the lack of space mentally, physically and all that other jazz, and not feeling at 'Home', I'm afraid our insanity lease will be coming to and end soon.

Obviously this just means that Heavenly Father has something better in store for us {I keep trying to convince myself that anyways}.

p.s. we just got back from Disneyland on Sunday, so I will share that soon :)

  1. I am NOT looking forward to the time when we buy a house. Just looking for a house to rent was stressful. I can't imagine how stressful looking for a house to BUY is. Good luck!!
